Dietary Manager:
A Dietary Manager is also known as a 'foodservice manager.' They are in the practice of giving nutritional options people with dietary concerns, through the supervision of foodservices. They are established in long-term care facilities, restaurants, hospitals, school cafeterias and other foodservice settings.
Dietetic Technician, Registered:
Dietetic Technicians help dieticians organize, evaluate and conduct nutritional services and various programs for hospitals, school and other health industry. They have numerous responsibilities including evaluating diet histories, helping to plan patient meals, offering nutritional advice, implement food service operations, maintain records and oversee food service preparation. Dietetic Technicians must take a two year course and pass an examination.

This is a health care professional that suggests proper food and nutrition, to promote good health. They have numerous roles from preparing special diets, doing research, preparing food and educating others on good eating habits. Dietics is the study of nutrition directly relating to health.

Nutrition Education is individual or group education sessions and the sharing of educational materials. The goals are to help people improve their health and understand the relationship between nutrition and health. As well this helps people improve their food choices and prevent nutrition-related health issues.

Metabolic Nutrition offers a wide range of healthy solutions for sports performance, weight loss and general health and wellness. This is the study of how diet and nutrition can affect metabolism. Athletes in training often use this to help them perform optimally.

Pediatric Nutrition considers the dietary needs of infants to help support growth and development. This includes changes in organ function and body make up. The purpose of Pediatric Nutrition is to ensure a child receives adequate nutrition to grow and develop properly.

Is concerned with the special dietary needs of kidney patients. It is concerned with making sure that kidney patients eat the best foods to make dialysis efficient and to improve overall health. It is important to follow the health regime set out by health professionals, to ensure the best possible outcome.

A Nutritionist is a person that advises people on the matters of food and nutritional affects on health.
